1. Identification and scope
These Terms and Conditions Enduro Adventure Portugal regulate the use of the website and the booking enquiries submitted to Barbosa and Maris, Lda., NIF 516 380 826, RNAAT 77/2025, Av. Nossa Sra. da Graça, 446, 4900-278 Carreço, Portugal.
2. Site information
Descriptions, dates, prices, durations, included services and images are for information only. The proposal issued and confirmed by the team prevails over generic information where there are differences resulting from availability, timing, terrain conditions, group or programme changes.
3. Booking request and confirmation
Sending a form does not automatically confirm a booking. The team checks dates, participants, experience, requirements and conditions. The booking becomes effective only after the customer accepts the offer and complies with the confirmation instructions communicated directly.
4. Payments
The site does not process online payments at this stage. The booking process provides for 30% payment after confirmation of availability and the remaining 70% on the first day before starting. The valid payment percentages, deadlines, methods and details are exclusively those sent by the team for the specific booking.
5. Liability of the participant
the participant must provide correct information, have applicable driving licence and documentation, comply with briefings, safety rules and guide instructions, use the indicated equipment and honestly assess experience, physical condition and health. The consumption of alcohol or substances incompatible with driving may be excluded without prejudice to the conditions contracted.
6. Changes, cancellations and external conditions
Climate, rail status, safety, authorities, breakdowns, availability and other factors may require changes. Rules for cancellation, rescheduling, reimbursement and replacement of participants will appear in the confirmed proposal. We do not assume unformal conditions in writing.
7. Intellectual property and use of the website
Texts, tags, photographs, videos and graphic elements cannot be copied or exploited without authorization, unless permitted by law. The user undertakes not to interfere with the safety or functioning of the site.
8. Applicable law and contact

How to interpret these terms and conditions
These terms and conditions distinguish general website information from the confirmed proposal for each group. Dates, prices and services will become binding only in accordance with the written terms for the actual booking.
